Bait and switch tactics I scheduled oil change and tire rotation online because it appeared to be a good price. When I picked up my car, the invoice was almost twice what I e I scheduled oil change and tire rotation online because it appeared to be a good price. When I picked up my car, the invoice was almost twice what I expected. When I questioned the price, they told me it was more because I didn’t have their license plate on my car and they upgraded the oil to synthetic oil. When I questioned why, they gave me some excuse that if my car had engine failure, Chevy wouldn’t cover the warranty. More
