If I could leave less than one star, I would my car was there for 17 days. they told me it would take 2 days. The communication was horrible. The things that they were supposed to do that they said they actually did do I just picked up my car and all the lights still say things need to be done that I just apparently paid for over the phone, Wiscasset Ford has gone down in the dumps, they couldn’t even tell me for two weeks I wanted to trade in amount finally after two weeks of me calling every day I said to xxxx with it I’ll go somewhere else. Meanwhile, they still had my car didn’t finish the job and overcharged me. I am disgusted. More

I love this dealership. I was let down by a local dealership that sold me a vehicle which was supposed to be a Ford Escape AWD as I was told only to find out was FWD.
