Doug Janoff who is a service advisor saveed me a boatload of money this week when my 21 F150 went dead and I was 800 miles over my powertrain warranty knowing that I could’ve been up xxxx creek without a pad of money this week when my 21 F150 went dead and I was 800 miles over my powertrain warranty knowing that I could’ve been up xxxx creek without a paddle , they diagnosed it charged the battery cleared all of my codes that were set and my truck was washed outside waiting for me by noon time the next day that’s pretty insane customer service. If you ask me totally appreciate it and definitely would recommend Wiscasset Ford next time you’re up in vacation land. Phil G More

I would have to say that the time it took to sign the paperwork and get the keys could have been less than 3 hours. Otherwise, everyone was nice.
