go elswhere we bought a car from them 3 years ago .we went to another dealer to trade it in and that dealer ran an auto check on it to find out it had been flagge we bought a car from them 3 years ago .we went to another dealer to trade it in and that dealer ran an auto check on it to find out it had been flagged with frame damage at the auction just before wizford bought it and then sold it to me . now nobody wants to take it for a trade .Wiscasset ford would not even give me what I owed on my car towards another vehicle .they knew it had damage when they bought it at the auction and still sold it that way please go to another dealer these people can not be trusted More

Attitude!!!! I talked to sales manager scott Lane about a Ford Fusion. I asked him if the window sticker price could be the price out the door. He told me he would have to talk to the salesman Jeff that talked to us earlier, to see what he told us for a price. later they tell us the price is the price and they do not negotiate or play games. Now if the price is the price and you guys don't play games like you say why would you have to check with the salesman on what he told us for a price. Lie number one. then i got into a debate with the salesman Jeff on the definition of an excellent rating. He was saying the car in question had an excellent rating: even though it had gouges in the rims. that was normal wear and tear he said. When I argued with him he started getting an attitude with me.The definition of an excellent rating is "no visible defects", Thank you for showing your true ignorance. Maybe you should study up on your job before you start arguing with somebody who already knows the answer before they start talking to you. never the less I live very close to this place and would travel halfway across the country before I ever dealt with them again. This is not my first bad dealing with them but it will be my last and I will strongly promote any dealership in the area but them.luckily I found a 2013 fusion cheaper then what they were offering me a 2012 for, at rockland ford. More

It is the best car buying experience, no hassle, no added fees and very fast. We applies at 4 pm on Monday and had our answer by 430 pm and my wife got her new 2013 Ford Escape the next day. Called on a Wednesday to inquire if they could align the front wheels on a F350 DRW long bed Crewcab Pickup , longer than the average truck and was informed that they could. Showed up early at 905 AM and was welcomed warmly and informed that it would be a couple of minutes. Shopped their lot, that's fun, for a little while then went into their customer area, very neat and clean, started looking at a magazine A few minutes later was called and informed my truck was ready and went to the cashier to pay, it was 950 AM. Left the building and found my truck outside the door freshly washed. That has never happened at any other dealer I have been to.. Will be back. More
On Dec 28th 2013 I had a regularly scheduled maintenance on a vehicle I had purchased from Wiscassett Ford a couple years prior. My maintenance received/and 1 small warranty issue service was beyond my expe on a vehicle I had purchased from Wiscassett Ford a couple years prior. My maintenance received/and 1 small warranty issue service was beyond my expectations. On the 28th of December 2013, during my servicing, I decided to ask a salesman if it would be possible to upgrade from the small truck I had purchased with them, to a full size due to a life change making it needed for towing capacity. The salesmanship and hospilitality from the sales dept to the finance dept, was very professional to say the least, I left the dealership with not only a good feeling but a great one. I will definitely buy from them in the future, no question. More
