I thought this was going to be a good experience and review. Got in very early, was attended to immediately, and the salesman showed me a nice car. I highly recommend you finance with your own bank or a review. Got in very early, was attended to immediately, and the salesman showed me a nice car. I highly recommend you finance with your own bank or a reputable institution, they wanted to tack on almost 3k in a warranty to finance with their bank. Then the salesman hands me a sheet of paper with $300 written on it very large and says I get a maintenance/service credit. What he conveniently fails to mention is they will tack on the $300 to the sales price of the car. When I demand the $300 be returned, they feed me a line "we have to do the entire financing portion over because the $300 has to be worked in. Really? Here is how you work it in, you write the proper sales price in and you subtract $300 from my $1,000 cash deposit and EVERYTHING else should remain the same. When all is said and done financing manager, or whoever she is, tells me the paper work was all messed up and when they receive the money from my bank they will write me a check for my $300. RIDICULOUS. I wonder how many other people's paperwork get's "all messed up"? They must rack up a ton of money on people who don't review their documents and do the math themselves. FYI make sure you check any used vehicle you buy from anywhere. Brought this car to a mechanic same day I picked it up. I would never send a soul I know to buy there but hey if your options are limited just play close attention to every number. Don't hesitate to return or speak up because you will get ripped off. More
Firstly, this dealer is over 400 miles from my home and I was drawn here by a car that met my exact specifications. I have never before bought a car from a distance, but in order to not compromise on what y was drawn here by a car that met my exact specifications. I have never before bought a car from a distance, but in order to not compromise on what you are looking for some extreme measures must be taken. Karim was my sales person and he was a very polite and helpful one at that. Given that I wouldn't be able to see the car in person until I got there, I asked for many extra pictures and even a video walk-around of the vehicle while it was running. Without question Karim did this for me which put my mind at ease and that says a lot. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle I wanted because a deal could not be reached on my trade in, but Karim did what he could and didn't run my credit like most do before a deal could be hashed out. Karim saved my credit score a couple points and didn't take advantage of the situation. If this dealer were to be as shady as some of these reviews are claiming, I would probably have been conned into driving down there and compromising so I didn't drive 8 hours for nothing. Overall, xxxxxxto Winter Park Automall. Do your homework, be respectful, and always keep in mind that those who cry foul cry the loudest whether it is deserved or not... so take a positive review! Lecture time: For those who made bad reviews, it is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to do the homework on the car you are interested in regardless of the seller. If you are serious about making a vehicle purchase and not just buying a car on a whim, it would be in your best interest to run the vehicle's VIN through services yourself such as Carfax AND Autocheck. Buy a membership for a month from both services and check VINs for the most possible information you can have on the vehicle without talking to the previous owners yourself. If a car has frame damage, chances are good there was a police report and between Carfax and Autocheck there will be a record of the damage. This is the internet age, chances are you can request the accident report with the case number provided on the VIN checks. Finally, if you are buying any car that is NOT new, get the car checked by a trusted mechanic. The $100 you will spend on the car will pay for itself many times over if it saves you from buying an improperly maintained or badly wrecked vehicle. Small lots deal more heavily in vehicles that have been wrecked than that of dealers with their parent company's flag waving out front... understand this when you walk on a mom and pop's car lot and you'll be better off for it. The service department doesn't know what they doing. A good dealer inspect the vehicles BEFORE selling it, so the customer doesn’t take the time from work to spend it in a service department. The sales people email us to check if we were happy about the purchase. We emailed back stating what was happening and we have not heard from any of them. A couple of co-workers asked me about this dealer and I had to tell them the truth and both thank me for avoiding them a headache. You don't have to believe me but if you do you will be avoiding a big headache. More

He did not pressure me and answered all of my questions. Got a better price than in other dealers I had checked out in the Orlando and Altamonte Areas. Henry is an asset to Winter Park Auto Mall and gives a good name to the usual "Used Car Salesmen". More

I recently Bought a vehicle from Winter park Automall. I was interested in a vehicle and asked for a Carfax report. I was given a Carfax report that showed 1 minor collision in the rear and no other damage. was interested in a vehicle and asked for a Carfax report. I was given a Carfax report that showed 1 minor collision in the rear and no other damage. I asked Rami if anything was wrong with the vehicle and he said no just the minor rear end damage. That was a lie though because after purchasing the vehicle I ran my own Carfax on the vehicle only to find frame damage that had occurred 4 years earlier. After going through some papers on the vehicle I found written in 5 small words "This vehicle has frame damage" tucked into the paperwork. They knew the vehicle had frame damage and lied to me about it and butchered a Carfax report. I am meeting with my lawyer today to see what I can do. More
These guys are very dishonest, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them, which they lied to us and the bank about the down payment. The car had also bee customer service skills. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them, which they lied to us and the bank about the down payment. The car had also been in a serious collision before which they failed to let us know. they called us back saying we needed more down even when they told us we were approved and let us take the car home. When we couldnt make the rest of the payment they didnt want to refund our money. BAD FOR BUSINESS. They are liars and scams. Please do not do business there, they truly make the car buying experience an unpleasant one. The owner, (RAMI) told me to see him in court. They do not have their customer's well-being at heart. They just want to make a quick buck at ANY cost. More
Went in & gave description of what I was looking for to Sidney...he showed me offerings & helped narrow down exactly to what I wanted. No pressure, no childish sales tactics, & courteous service. Fair peop Sidney...he showed me offerings & helped narrow down exactly to what I wanted. No pressure, no childish sales tactics, & courteous service. Fair people running a good business...will not hesitate to utilize again & will send as many people to them as I possibly can. Cars I viewed were much better condition than the "buy here, pay here" credit based places you see everywhere...don't go here looking for junkers. I have great credit & was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism received here...very good experience!! More
