Karim sold me a lemon with a tremendous amount of mechanical issues with it. He lied to me about my car not having any structural or frame damage. I considered upgrading my vehicle so attempted to se mechanical issues with it. He lied to me about my car not having any structural or frame damage. I considered upgrading my vehicle so attempted to sell it to another dealer but was told I had frame damage. The dealer took pictures from underneath my car and showed me bent metal and a report from the auction where Winter Park Auto Mall purchased it. The auction notified them of the structural damage to the vehicle and they acknowledge the damage to the vehicle. Then sold it to me with these issues without disclosing it. This dealership is underhanded, shady, dishonest, and money hungry. I've only had this vehicle for a short period and it has had at least 30 mechanical issues replaced on it all due to the structural underlying damage. Now my car is significantly way below the market value price. Although Karim overcharged me for it After selling me this crappy lemon Karim felt that fixing the issues he left me stuck with is his way of going over and beyond the call of duty to help me. How egotistical and unprofessional this guy is. I'll never do business with this fake dealer again. Unlike Winter Park Auto Mall that sells you crappy cars forcing you to constantly return with multiple complaints regarding all the mechanical issues. They'll have their backyard mechanic do a half job and you'll continue to break down. My advice to used car buyers is to take your business a reputable dealership that will have their cars well maintained and ready buy. More

Great independent I bought a 1999 Corvette two weeks ago from Tim at W.P.A.M. I was very sceptical of buying a non-certified car but it was listed at just below book v I bought a 1999 Corvette two weeks ago from Tim at W.P.A.M. I was very sceptical of buying a non-certified car but it was listed at just below book value (lowest price in Central FL) so I had to at least look. Was the car perfect? No. Was the car running fine? Yes. Was the price fair? Absolutely. I see other reviews here from people and the problem is that they seem to expect Certified Pre-Owned inpection on the cars. Tim was very up-front and told me that they purchase in their best judgement and sell. It is essentially up to a customer to know something about the car. Tim allowed me a generous test drive and I had no reservations about on the spot purchase. Like I said was the car perfect? No. There are some minor problems and the AC died. To this I would advise anyone who is not prepared to spend some money on a used car after purchase to seek a Certified one. The car has been in constant use since purchase and all major systems are fine. On top of that, upon inspection from a qualified mechanic I have been apprised that the car has over $5000 worth of aftermarket parts installed which explains the astounding performance of this example. Even with the investment for tuning/repairs I am still at an instant value profit but I will never sell this car! More

They told me that the van was in excellent condition and that the tires had been replaced with I purchased a used minivan from Winter Park Auto Mall. They told me that the van was in excellent condition and that the tires had been replaced with 85% used tires and the brakes had been repaired. After paying and then taking the van to my mechanic I learned otherwise. The van needed work on the rear brakes, it needed tie rods, an alignment and 2 new tires as they were badly worn on the inside. The cost for repairs was $850. Take any car you want to buy to a skilled mechanic and them put it on a lift and inspect it thoroughly before you agree to a price. It will be worth the effort. Great Dealership My Wife and I had been looking for a VW Beetle Convertible at various dealerships with no luck and being asked for huge dealership fees. We saw the B My Wife and I had been looking for a VW Beetle Convertible at various dealerships with no luck and being asked for huge dealership fees. We saw the Beetle advertised and went to see it. The sales rep. Adam met us at the dealership and we took the car for a test drive.... no pressure was put on us to buy, we loved the test drive and the car ran like a dream. After the test drive we negotiated and because the Convertible roof was in bad condition, the dealership agreed to fit a new roof. They told us they would have the new roof in two weeks, we picked the color and in two weeks we got the call that the roof was there. They said that if there was any other problems we should let them know when we brought the car in and they would fix it without any charge............ there wasn't any other problems. The roof was put on and 48 hours later we picked up the car and we are extremely happy with the purchase and service........... this is how cars should be sold..... well done guys, I will recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for a used quality car at a good price..... thank you.......
