amazing I was very impressed the way George Bailey (service advisor) helped me out and explained in very good details what my car needed, which for me was a I was very impressed the way George Bailey (service advisor) helped me out and explained in very good details what my car needed, which for me was a left axle in turn needing an alignment and the engine service was due so Winter Haven Honda hooked me up with a rental car and then I came back the next day didn't mind I had to wait a couple hours it was well worth it because they charged me a very fair price. Upon going home my tire pressure light came on twice after resetting both times so the next morning I went back and saw George, he took care of it right away . I want to make sure George gets a BIG THANK YOU from me and from his Boss's for the excellent work he is doing there I definitely recommend WH Honda to anyone who needs car work done !! More

Just purchased the Clarity and the battery is rated for 47 electric miles, we were expecting to get a range of 40-43 (real life driving conditions). We got 53 miles electric range after we charged it. AWSOME!!! Not only did the battery exceed our expectations but we still made it back home with 20 electric miles to spare and 199 mpg. And to top it of; there phone app actually works and communicates with car. Love this car ! Great service, Great car. More

Outstanding service I went to this dealership with my husband and daughter to test drive a Civic and Accord. Earlier in the day I went to Regal Honda and was treated ver I went to this dealership with my husband and daughter to test drive a Civic and Accord. Earlier in the day I went to Regal Honda and was treated very rudely so I left. I have bought 2 cars in the past from Winter Haven Honda so I decided to go back. Bob Marsh was the Salesman that assisted us. He listened to everything I had to say (evidently Regal Honda doesn't value the opinion of females) about what I was looking for in a car. He did not pressure me knowing full well I was not buying a car that day, only looking to decide which car would fit our needs. He had cars ready for me to test drive along with printed specs and answered any questions I had. When it is time to buy the car I have decided on, I want it shipped to this dealer so I can give the sale to Bob for the respectful and kind way he treated us. Thank you Bob! More

Great Experience About 2 1/2 weeks ago I went to Winter Haven Honda to buy a Pre owned car. Mike Davis, the internet Manager met me and we looked at several Honda’s. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I went to Winter Haven Honda to buy a Pre owned car. Mike Davis, the internet Manager met me and we looked at several Honda’s. I wanted to spend under $15,000 total. Most of the cars that I sat in were not suitable for me because I’m very short and did not feel comfortable for my size . Mike showed me a 2016 Nissan Sentra that was a lease car and the fit was perfect. He spent so much time with me showing me how to work all the accessories . He should me how to use Bluetooth and programmed Pandora and Soundcloud . He took so much time to help me and we drove the car around. He told me to call him anytime if I needed any help. What a nice man ... Also Brian Howell, the business manager was very nice and discussed with me the warranty. I spent under $ 15,000 with an additional 4 yr warranty . I am so happy with the car....even though I didn’t get a Honda. Let be the way it drives and it is perfect for me I recommend Winter Haven Honda to buy a new or pre owned auto. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had in my life! James Dodds and Jeff Johnson in the internet sales department were fantastic! At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy. They were both extremely in James Dodds and Jeff Johnson in the internet sales department were fantastic! At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy. They were both extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire car buying process. I was very upfront with what I could afford and what I wanted. Mr. Dodds and Mr. Johnson worked very hard to make the deal happen and were honest from beginning to end. That was refreshing and extremely rare in the car sales industry. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for an honest and helpful car buying experience. I also had nothing but positive interactions with the finance and the vehicle trade-in Departments. My overall experience here was nothing short of amazing. And I am truly grateful and thankful for the experience that I had here at Winter Haven Honda. I shopped several dealerships and did plenty of research before making my buying decision.
