Scott Lord was exceptional as the first person I met with upon arriving at the dealership. He handed me off to Scott Madelans who is the best salesman on the planet; Scott knows what to say, when to say it, and how much to say to the customer. Winslow BMW and Scott truly demonstrated a First Class Operation that you expect at a high-end dealership like Winslow BMW. I stopped by to see the vehicle I was interested in and had to leave for an appointment. Scott had the car ready for me to test drive after I returned about an hour later. And, he stayed past his normally scheduled hours three days later when I showed up unexpectedly to see if we could close the deal. Scott painstakingly worked with me and my wife until 8 pm after we decided to purchase the vehicle and patiently answered all our questions. The purchase agreement paperwork was prepared in record time and Jim Carlson was superb as our finance manager, explaining all the potential add-ons without pressuring us to purchase them. Scott also had the vehicle brought forward for my wife to see and test drive on the day we purchased it. In addition, Scott invited me back the next day to conduct some one-on-one training for all the capabilities the BMW possesses. You usually DO NOT receive that sort of outstanding service after you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot…this really sets Winslow BMW apart from other dealers! After driving the BMW for two days, I can say it is truly the Ultimate Driving Machine they purport it to be. Quality fit and finish, solid ride, incredible handling, technologically advanced, and very quiet best describe the BMW. BMW is to the motor vehicle industry as the Broadmoor is to the fine dining and hospitality industry; “5 Stars” in every aspect! I was very impressed with all attention to details Scott and the rest of the crew displayed during our experience and will most likely be a BMW and Winslow customer for a long, long time! Rick A More

That was such a great experience, of course that when I need to look again, Winslow is on my very short list. Having been in hospitality for a very long time, I am hyper sensitive to really keen, sharp service, and NO Pressure. Needless to say, I took delivery of my 2nd purchase from Winslow this past weekend, and I am beyond pleased yet again with the entire experience. I am a guy that does not mind paying if I feel I am being treated great, and getting a good value. Winslow BMW met these objectives perfectly. The service and experience with everyone at this dealership has been exceptional, really and truly (Again). I didn't feel like a "customer", I was treated like family. When I get service and sincerity like this, I don't mind paying (though I did get a very good deal as well.) My car was delivered quite delicately, and all the paperwork needed was FedEx overnight, with a follow up call with Jim Carlson. Any and every question or concern I had (Which was very few mind you) were answered clearly and concisely. I realize for some people, buying a car with minimal "tire kicking", or going out of town might be a hard pill to swallow, but I have been a BMW driver for about 15 years now, so the car's are not "new" to me, I know what I'm looking for, and what I am willing to spend. The key word here is "trust" when buying, and Gregg and his team at Winslow I trust, plain and simple. Good People, not commitment afraid, do what they say they will do. Like the review title says, It must be the Family aspect of this dealership, because you are treated like it and it shows. There is no value you can put on good service when it comes to buying cars, especially a BMW. Everyone wants to feel treated special, and that they are getting a value. Winslow did that for me again. For a Buying experience, you can deal with no other dealership as confidently as Winslow. More

Along with ordering, I was in and out of the dealership all the time with my impatience and wanting to look at other cars as I waited the 3 months for it to arrive. I was able to look at other cars at my leisure as I debated between models, debate the pros and cons of going with a vehicle on the lot, and any question he couldn't answer, he went out of his way to find out and was able to text me an answer when he found out. Overall, in purchasing a vehicle with Scott, even with the very few negatives I had about other things in the dealership, Scott made things right for me and always seemed to be above and beyond any salesman i'd ever dealt with at any dealership. Highly recommended. More

Working with Sue Harris and Tom Betterson was refreshing. We spent most of our time selecting the right car (for my wife) and very little time deciding on a fair price for both the car and out trade. They were kind, competent, and a pleasure to work with. This is the best engineered car I've ever owned, and the most fun to drive (435i x-drive with manual transmission). And yet I find myself looking for excuses to return to the dealership and say Hello again. More
