Hi Jay, I do need to respond to this publicly to clear this situation up for others who may read your review. You wrote: "we did not receive full disclosure regarding certain changes to the original wheels on this car." You absolutely did receive a full discloser regarding the wheels AND you also signed it- acknowledging that there were different BMW rims and tires. We would never change out OEM products on a new vehicle. You purchased a pre-owned BMW, and it is not uncommon to see these cars with upgraded rims and tires from BMW- and in these scenarios, it is disclosed to the guest, as well as noted on the actual vehicle- which it was in your case. We have offered solutions to help you with another set of tires for the winter. We are still open to helping you. We have been honest and upfront with you the entire time, and will continue to do so.

There was I hail damage! I went to the Denver Downtown BMW and they offered me what I was asking and agreed that thee was no Hail damage! It's sad that you Genevieve can speak About something you did not witness. As I recall you were'nt there when I brought the car in. When we spoke about it over the phone I told you there was no hail damage. Really sad that I had to drive 90 mins away to Denver to buy a car. I have no reason to lie as I ended up getting a better deal else where. I just don't want other people getting offered thousands of dollars less for made up damage.
