I recently made a trade/purchase at Winner VW and worked with Kyle L, and I have to say - it was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and most impo with Kyle L, and I have to say - it was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly - honest and fair. He rode along with me in my test drive and pointed out many of the car features and differences from my trade in. Kyle partnered with another sales person, Quest - who was equally as wonderful; they both spent time sitting in the car with me going over all of the car functions and making sure I knew how everything worked. I haven't had a car salesperson do that on the last 3 cars I purchased. Lastly the finance department and dealer manager made sure the process of buying was fast and talked to me by name! This is a great dealership with awesome employees, highly recommend 10/10. More

Sold us a 2018 Passat with 4000 miles on it at night. Pressured to take car by dealing with one sales person then another. It had dry rotted tires on it come to find out. The car was filled with the smell of smoke. We liked the cat other than that and marks on the hub caps. I asked if the smoke smell could be removed- the salesman said only if you buy it and told my husband what do you expect from a used car when he asked if the hub caps could be cleaned. The salesman was reluctant to help us find any other cars on the lot. Really a terrible experience with a very unprofessional sales staff!! Don’t waste your time!! Thumbs down! More
They are HORRIBLE! Go somewhere else! I had an issue with my VW and I brought to them to take a look and it was terrible from the start. First, I got the feeling that they do not want to deal with cars with problems they just want to regular maintenance and be done with the customer. However, they could not find the problem. They instead said the turbo was bad, which it is not, no code for the turbo anywhere. They suck at service. I ended up finding the problem myself and it was a fuel pump issue. I cannot believe these people could not figure out a fuel pump issue. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will quote you for work that is not needed and do not even know what the problem was in the first place. More

Even the manager came by more than once to check on her. Not sell her overpriced pin striping, undercoating, etc. The usual games that some dealers still try. She is a college student who knew in advance what her budget had to be. She loved the experience! We would come here first in the future. More
Not particularly any good! All they seem to do is quote expensive work that needs doesn't need to be done. I called them and they did not even know the transmission change interval and they couldn't even tell me where the part they were selling me was made!! A shame because older VWs are good cars but new ones are money pits. I would never recommend anyone buy a newer VW especially one with an automatic transmission. They are extremely unreliable and the resale value is non-existent. More
