My sales lady, Tiyanna was amazing. She listened to what I needed and wanted. Never tried to push any extras on me but did make a few recommendations after I asked some questions. I purchased a new crosstrek and within the first 350 miles I had a tire blow out the service department fit me in the same day and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. Just be warned they might not own up to their mistakes. The Advisors were good and what happened was not their fault. I had a warranty repair done that involved removal of the engine from the vehicle. This typically includes evacuation of the AC system. When I got the vehicle back, it was 30°F, so AC was not even a thought. About a week later, I turned the AC on b/c it was 60°F and raining. It was not producing cold air. I brought it back and talked to the technician who claimed he didn't open the AC system at all. While this is theoretically possible on ny car, the components that would have been moved to do this were not showing signs of his claims. I am a Senior Technician for Mazda, so I hooked up our AC machine and found there was nothing in the system. I vacuumtested the system on two separate occasions and it held perfectly. I even filed and inspected for leaks before fully charging the system. I cant prove the dealership lied to my face, but its been blowing cold since I charged the system myself ($80 of R1234YF) and pressures still are good - so there's no sign of a leak. I wouldn't have cared if they had said that they must have forgotten to charge the system. I would have happily let them charge the system and I would have had no major issue with them. My problem really is that I feel I was lied to directly and then had to verify that there is nothing wrong with the car and foot the bill myself. More

This dealership has the most professional, courteous and yet friendly employees at every level that I have ever encountered in a car dealership . They go out of their way to accompany their customers in and yet friendly employees at every level that I have ever encountered in a car dealership .
