Wonderful Experience...Twice! 3 years ago, after visiting the Hyundai dealerships in Northern Delaware and having awful experiences, i took a drive to Winner Dover since they had g 3 years ago, after visiting the Hyundai dealerships in Northern Delaware and having awful experiences, i took a drive to Winner Dover since they had good reviews. I had a wonderful experience with the sales team and I was able to get a really good deal on a Sonata lease. Fast forward to the present time. Since I was nearing the end of my lease, I decided to go to Winner again and see about purchasing an SUV this time around. The experience I had was just as good as the first one. Everyone was knowledgeable, hospitable, and showed that they want to take care of their costumers. As long as I am a Hyundai customer living in Delaware, I will be a customer at Winner Dover. More

Hassle Free Car Buying Experience Mark Randall was my sales consultant and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness. I originally went in looking for a pre-owned car and stumbled upon the Ioniq. Mark did an excellent job of explaining to me the features of the car as I wasn't even aware it existed until visiting the dealership. Mark was extremely patient with me through the process and understood my key needs (excellent gas mileage for a long commute) and budget. He was even thoughtful enough to offer me lunch as I ended up spending a considerable amount of time at the dealership weighing my options. Not once did Mark try and pressure me or force me to try and make a decision and allowed me to sift through all of my options. I am so glad I decided to make Winner Hyundai my first stop. It was a great experience as a customer to interact with a dealership that truly cared about the customer as opposed to making the sale. Mark and Luis (my finance manager) made me feel part of the family and by the end of the process, I felt more like I was catching up with old friends versus buying a car. It was also an exciting experience when they informed me I was the first customer to buy an Ioniq!
