Love my 2017 Tucson Velma Luke was very professional but the financing part was upsetting. I was pre-approved for up to $35,000 in financing through Capital One auto fin Velma Luke was very professional but the financing part was upsetting. I was pre-approved for up to $35,000 in financing through Capital One auto financing but they ran my credit to multiple Finance companies. They had made a copy of the letter from Capital One and still ran my credit to them also... the paperwork said I needed to speak with Edward Reeder or Brandon Snow and I only spoke with Brandon snow about running my credit report multiple times.
