Best Car Buying Experience I had a wonderful experience at Winner Hyundai last night. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Wolfie, my Salesman, was extremely nice I had a wonderful experience at Winner Hyundai last night. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Wolfie, my Salesman, was extremely nice and accommodating. He wanted to see me in a car that I love at the price point I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted and tried to find the best option for me. The Sales and Finance manager were no different. They provided excellent service and a painless car buying experience. The Sales Manager, Rocky, was very pleasant and worked hard to get me in the car I wanted at a price we can both agree on. After dealing with four different car dealerships over the years, this one by far is the best one. Great customer service and reasonable prices. I drove all the way from Wilmington to purchase my car here and it was worth the trip! More

Kenny was friendly and customer oriented showing us our options and wanting to keep our business at Winner. Our initial offer for my trade was half of the low trade in value, I was pretty pissed and insulted. The used car manager immediately jumped $2000 offering $6000 for our trade that low value is $8300. Then he wouldn't budge on the price of my trade or the Azera. We left, the next day Kenny called to see what he could do to try to earn our business and make us happy. I stated meet us in the middle I want $9000 for my trade , give us $7500 and we'll come buy. He said let me talk to the manager and call you back. He did and they said the best they could offer was another $400 for my trade but he'd love to have us come back and buy a car from Winner, we loved the Azera so we went back to Winnner to see what else could be done. After returning he gave us a few more non cash incentives and we were content enough to get the Azera as it was priced very well. When the manager came over with numbers on paper it stated $6000 for our trade not $6400 as we were promised. He stated he can't honor the extra $400 we were told due to the dealership would lose to much money, this was a ver unfair practice and was like a bait and switch that caught us and our salesmen by surprise. He gave us $100 more and we settled as we wanted the Azera. I was not pleased with this tactic as it was a very unfair practice toward customers. To sum it up my salesman worked hard and was out to do what he could to keep customer satisfaction #1. The floor managers and used car manager made this a very painful frustrating experience. More

They continued to work with me to bring the price of the used auto and the amount of my trade-in to my satisfaction. My wife and I are very happy with the deal that was made. I feel this is the best deal I have ever received from the Dealership. I have been a long time buyer at Winner Ford and will continue to meet all my auto needs with them in the future. The salesman Keith Pennington took the extra time and stayed with me all the time to get this purchase completed. The only problem was the long wait to get to the finance manager to sign the loan. That is understandable with all that was going on at the tent sale. Good Job Keith More

Pushy Car shopping is a very stressful time and this experience made it more stressful. Velma who was very nice, seemed to be preoccupied at all times and w Car shopping is a very stressful time and this experience made it more stressful. Velma who was very nice, seemed to be preoccupied at all times and would go walk the lot for 20 minutes at a time, leaving me sitting around wondering what she is doing, and no communication until I got in my car to leave after not seeing her for a half hour. I was working in a strict price limit and she kept trying to put me in cars I could not afford and not listening to what I wanted/needed. This is honestly the reason I was going to just leave. She doesn't assess the needs of the customer just tries to put them in a car they can't afford. Way too much unnecessary pressure. I would not go back here for another neglectful experience. More
