Horrible service all around! I will never purchase another vehicle from Winner Hyundai. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and the salesperson never disclosed the ongoing paint I will never purchase another vehicle from Winner Hyundai. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and the salesperson never disclosed the ongoing paint issue. So within a year my paint was peeling of my roof. I received very little assistance until I made contact with Hyundai Corporate whom I'm still dealing with. They offered to pay for 75% of the paint job which was unacceptable being they're putting the same faulty paint back on. I had an issue with my engine light coming on and I take it to see what's going on but my mechanic said it needed a software update. WHAT??! The car was then taken to Winner Hyundai and they said they couldn't get my vehicle in until the end of March. The lady assisting was rude and had no business dealing with customers. From now on I will be getting names of everyone I deal with. So I'm supposed to drive this car with the engine light on for a month. I do not recommend ANYONE purchasing a Hyundai. They don't value their customers. More
While servicing my Santa Fe for the 1st time they changed the oil but neglected to tighten the valve. I discovered a few days later that I had NO oil in the car. It took a week to be towed & repaired as it n the oil but neglected to tighten the valve. I discovered a few days later that I had NO oil in the car. It took a week to be towed & repaired as it need to be towed to a closer dealer. Winner took severql days to pay the other dealer despite 5 messages left for the GM & 1 for the finance Mgr. Neither had the courtesy to call me back! More

The service department is AWFUL! After having my Santa Fe Sport motor blow up with only 86k miles and their downright refusal to help it was the worst customer service I have EVER ex After having my Santa Fe Sport motor blow up with only 86k miles and their downright refusal to help it was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Oh and it also had the "park away from everything because it may catch on fire recall" My car had the p1326 bearing failure code, I already paid to have it towed home from where it blew up and called the service department only for them to refuse towing assistance to get it to the dealer over 40 miles away. But wait....it gets better....after blowing up at 50 mph with a well known code for bearing failure, engine knocking, and in limp mode, along with another open safety recall I was told "well you could probably drive it here" After agreeing to pay for towing I was screwed around for over a year with them stating they were months out and my "specific vin" wasn't covered but they would "look at it." Every time I reached out saying I was going to have it brought up there they had some excuse as to why the wait was months just for diagnostics. They also told me to have 10 oil changes records when I have only owned it for 7 months prior and put 17k miles on it! After many emails and calls and getting a new round about story every single time, I finally gave up dealing with them and reached out to another dealer on Monday, Jan 23. After explaining what went on this amazing dealer they said "OMG yes that's covered 100% I want to get it here asap" This dealer PAID to have it towed to them on Monday Jan 23rd, ran a bearing clearance test and my motor was pre-approved instantly by Hyundai cooperate! The new motor was in and ready to go by Friday. I was offered a rental that was paid for as well. They apologized over and over for Winner's incompetence. After not having my car for over a year I finally found a dealer that actually knew what customer service was and made this nightmare a flawless, amazing experience. I hope your service department looks at other dealers locally and takes lessons because you truly don't even deserve one star. More
