I have been in the market for a couple of months for a new vehicle. I was really not sure exactly what I wanted. I knew i wanted a small suv. I debated between an Edge and an Escape and after going over all of the features and test driving both I decided the Escape was for me. Alex was not a pushie sales person but was very informative. We had been looking for a Ford Taurus and stopped in at Winner Ford late one evening on a whim. We were greeted by Alex who was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. The next day we even got a phone call from Don the owner who gave us the price we wanted for the car we wanted. We called ALex that Sunday with a question (his day off) and within less than an hour, he returned our call!! We were in that Monday and bought the car. Winner Ford won our business based on the personality and Customer Service skills of ALEX! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! More

Do NOT take your car for service to Winner Ford. Their service department only cares about taking your money, NOT fixing your problem. I just took my car their for a check engine light, over $800 worth of service department only cares about taking your money, NOT fixing your problem. I just took my car their for a check engine light, over $800 worth of work, 2 days later, coincidentally the light comes on agian! When I brought the car back to the service department, they gave me a estimate for $300 worth of new service to "fix" the same problem. When I expressed that I just paid them $820, they told me that they would only charge me for parts. When I looked on the internet for how much those parts would be, It was 1/3 of the price they quoted me at. They talked down and to me and my fiancee, speaking to us like we were idiots. Never trust their service department. They will lie to you and take your money. More

We both have only positive things to say about Matt Gurski and while hopefully neither of us will need a new vehicle in the near future, we have recommended our friends and family not only to Winner Ford, but to Matt Gurksi personally.
