My overall experience with Winner Ford has been very good. Lavern Ford did a good job allowing me to experience the 2014 Ford Fiesta (which I wound up leasing), without any pressure and has been very a good. In addition, he has a very friendly and easy going personality which makes him very pleasant to deal with. In addition, Lavern and the Sales Manager (Gino) made it very easy and convenient to complete the deal and I drove home in the new Fiesta which I really love!! In hind site, I am not sure that I got the best price that I could have, but I blame that on myself for not having been as prepared as I would have like to have been in when I came to the dealership. After nearly 150,000 miles I decided to replace my 2002 Taurus. I did quite a bit of research and shopping before deciding on a Ford Fusion. Winner Ford was having a sale on previous rentals, which my ol Taurus. I did quite a bit of research and shopping before deciding on a Ford Fusion. Winner Ford was having a sale on previous rentals, which my old Taurus was, so I finally went to buy one. I was greeted by Mr Cabrera and told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. We spent some time looking at cars on the lot and getting a quote on a trade-in. After I drove a Fusion it was a matter of what color I wanted. I was influenced by my wife and daughter who liked blue rather than my choice of red. After some reasonable negotiating we struck a deal and I was once again a Ford owner. The F&I got me an excellent rate to finance. I have been a Winner customer for over twenty years and have always been satisfied with the service,my wife also has a Ford Focus, and the sales rep, Mr Cabrera, could not have been more professional and accommodating in helping me with my purchase.
