Another great experience!! I was at Winner Ford to have my Focus serviced. Lavern Ford, who leased my Wife and I both of our Escapes, asked how I was and was there anything he I was at Winner Ford to have my Focus serviced. Lavern Ford, who leased my Wife and I both of our Escapes, asked how I was and was there anything he could do for me while I was there. I only said I can't exceed my current payments. 20 minutes later there he was with a new Ecosport for me to test drive. He had nearly to the dollar matched my existing lease payments. All while making sure I had water and was comfortable and had all my belongings from the Focus. I have said before and I will say again, Lavern is the man to get your car from. He knows the cars, he knows what is important and what is just window dressing. Doug was incredibly organized and congenial and also worked to get me out the door as fast as they could. A wonderful experience. Again!! More
