Re: 2014 Chevy Cruze I wrote a review a few days ago regarding my experience with Paul and the dealership. After fixing the first issue with the vehicle the car broke dow I wrote a review a few days ago regarding my experience with Paul and the dealership. After fixing the first issue with the vehicle the car broke down again 2 days later. It was a Saturday, after business hours I contacted Paul on his cell and told him what happened. He responded immediately on his day off and ensured he would help me out first thing Monday. Come Monday morning Paul called me on his way to the office to update me. The car was having too many issues for my peace of mind and I requested a replacement. Instead of them telling me there was nothing they could do because I purchased the car As-Is they went above and beyond to help me. They took the car back and replaced it with a nicer vehicle with 20k less miles and a price tag $3k higher than what I paid. I dropped off the other vehicle and Paul had the new car waiting for me. The whole process took less than an hour and I left the dealership with a significantly better vehicle. Again I will not purchase a car from any other dealer or salesman. You will not get this type of service anywhere else. Thanks again to the whole Winner Ford team, especially Paul! He is hands down the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you Winner Ford, you have my business for life! More
