Not sure if that is just the dealership practice but initially it was a great experience and didnt think to look up the blue book value. I traded in my 2014 escape and only got 350 when I should've just kept it. I tried to but once the paperwork was signed there was no help. I put a winch on my 2014 and attempted to get their mechanics to remove it and place on my new ford but was told by Lavern the mechanics may charge me. I then mentioned how the 4000 discount wasnt really a discount in an email to all of the salespeople involved and as the winch wasnt original for my trade in, putting it on my new car shouldn't be too much to ask. They continued to stall and say someone would get back to me until it was gone. Also, upon signing paperwork I was told about VIP by Doug and after finishing I was told how I could come for free oil changes and fix flats but after calling their mechanics i was informed i wasnt actually signed up for VIP. I requested if i could be added for free with all the bad experiences I was receiving but was not given any response or reply moving forward. Initially it was a good experience, I would just remind anyone doing business remember everything about your trade in, as well as reading your paperwork thoroughly. It's my fault that I expected the employees to actually have the same enthusiasm and concern after the deal they had prior. Hard lesson reminded to me as these things I already knew but the cool environment had me drop my guard. More
Delightful and unexpectedly, just a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I've been praying that I could get my husband to follow my lead when it comes to car buying, trading, financing, etc. I'm truly a lady who loves my ca I've been praying that I could get my husband to follow my lead when it comes to car buying, trading, financing, etc. I'm truly a lady who loves my cars and I only build long term dealer relationships; however, my hubby's situation is quite new for him and he's a bit old school so I have to grab him by the collar at times to get him up to speed. Well, at first I went online and just googled for info, according to his specific needs, but Winner Ford was the winner and they were our very first onsite stop. To my SURPRISE, the staff and setting couldn't have been better for what I needed to have my husband's trust. God was with us all! Truly a Blessing and sorry I can't remember the names of others that took the time to just come over to say hello but Branden and Doug were miracle workers with our selection and deal package. Kindness and understanding goes a long way and can build a path for future investments. The coffee was delicious too! Thank you Branden and Doug and the entire Winner Ford Family. From the point we hit the door, Branden Wright stepped forward and welcomed us and stayed with us from the beginning to the end informing us of every step needed to ensure our purchase. Branden was genuinely kind and respectful which is very rare these days. From all the Winner Employees who passed by, fro the finance staff, service staff, owner, everyone was hospitable. It was good to see Laverne Ford was now with management, an appropriate place I knew, having dealt with him in the past. He introduced me to Branden Wright, a nice energetic but not pushy sales representative. We discussed my intent and all went well from there. This was my best experience to date, proving to me Winner Ford is a place where service is still exists. First time buyer or seasoned shopper, I would recommend Winner Ford to anyone! More

Jeremy and Vern made sure we were comfortable and had anything we wanted. Joe Morin worked his magic on my trade-in to get me the most value. Ken Witman worked the numbers many different ways to see what was best for me. He explained al options and was very thorough. Overall it was great experience. I will be going back to Winner for my next car. More
The Penultimate in a Customer Experience Buying a car is always stressful ... but Branden Wright went above and beyond to make a return customer happy and take delivery of a new Ford Edge ST Buying a car is always stressful ... but Branden Wright went above and beyond to make a return customer happy and take delivery of a new Ford Edge ST in a matter of 8 hours. After calling the dealership to inquire about a particular vehicle Branden was on top of matters to help grease the skids and make the deal happen. I was unable to travel the 80 miles to take the test drive and get paperwork done ... so instead, he gassed the vehicle up and drove to my house (90 minutes later) and picked me up. It was the longest (and best) test drive in history, I'm guessing. In the return hour and a half ride back to the dealership, I learned everything (from him) about the vehicle and really got a feel for the power and capabilities of the Edge ST. Within 70 minutes of returning, all my paperwork was done (thanks Doug for your thoroughness) and I was on my way home, happy as can be in the new car. Even though Branden has only been in the business for a few months, he understands that customer service is #1 and his actions today has created a referral source for life. I hope he continues to excel and learn the craft, as I'm sure he will be a "Winner @ Winner Ford" for sure. More
