We went on three test drives before deciding to buy, and each time Essi was very easygoing about the whole process, let us test drive as long as we wanted, and made sure we knew all of the features in our new car. When we decided to buy, the negotiation was very easy. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own financing if you can - while we were easily approved, we could have gotten a better rate elsewhere. More
