Excellent and Personable Customer Service I went in for a used "as is" 2013 Fiat 500. From the moment when Chris(?) and Jeremy greeted me and the warm welcome from the other staffers, I knew I went in for a used "as is" 2013 Fiat 500. From the moment when Chris(?) and Jeremy greeted me and the warm welcome from the other staffers, I knew I would do business with them. They matched the price I wanted and I winded up buying the car. They checked the brakes, did filter change, washed the car and were very attentive to my "asks". My husband came along for support and even he was happy with the service. I would recommend them 100%. Did I mention that I drove almost an hour and a half to get there and it was worth it. Prior to Winner Ford, I had walked out of 2 deals, after I had signed the papers and the dealers increased the price thinking I would have no choice. I walked out extremely disappointed with those dealerships, but thank goodness for Winner Ford. It's been a little over a week and I'm loving my car. Thank you Winner Ford!!! More

We came in to look at something that had more length that our 2017 Explorer. Jeremy showed us the Expedition, Flex and Transit. None were a good fit for our needs. We decided to go from a leased 2017 Ford Explorer to leasing a 2020 Ford Explorer. The 2020 model was longer than the 2017 by a few inches, that is what we needed to transport some very long pictures to our yearly reunion. Jeremy brought the 2020 Explorer inside as it was very hot outside looking at the first three cars. Never ever had a salesman show that much compassion before. We fell inn love with it and was quite impressed by the quality and features of the 2020 Explorer. Jeremy and Lavern worked with us for hours after being show the perfect car for us. We went though a lot of scenarios to come up with a price we could afford We went from far apart to a deal that we could not refuse. They understood both our desires and our finances. They explained how the leases worked and it really helped us to come to a successful conclusion. They both worked with us beyond what you would expect a dealership to do. I would also like to add thanks to Joseph Morin, who also helped in making the price a little more affordable. All three gentlemen shook our hands after completing the deal and they couldn't be nicer. More
