The service advisor, Joe Noverati, at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill is excellent. There was some confusion when I was having a fleet vehicle serviced and he handled it like an absolute pro. I felt like I was informed of exactly what stage the service was at the every step of the way. He was friendly and great to talk to even when we were stuck in limbo with the fleet company. I have worked with motorcycle dealership fixed operations all over the country for 20 years, I know how tough these situations can be. Joe is an asset to the Winner service department and I won't hesitate to use them for all of my service needs in the future. Thanks Joe! More
Terrible service department! Damaged my car windshield while doing an oil change. The car is only a year old and was in great condition. "Service manager" refused to fix the damage and told me to call my while doing an oil change. The car is only a year old and was in great condition. "Service manager" refused to fix the damage and told me to call my insurance to get it replaced. Service manager pretended the damage happened while I was driving. Service advisor used a razor blade on the windshield to scrape at the marks! I asked for the person in charge of the dealership, Dino Rucci, who supposedly wasn't there that day. He has completely ignored my voicemails and email. What terrible customer service in addition to their incompetent service department that can't do an oil change without damaging your vehicle. I would never go here again. Very shady place. Ford should really look into what's going on at this place. It really makes them look bad. More

Wonderful car buying experience. Worked with us to make the price right on a new explorer. Rick was extremely helpful with finding us the right vehicle. Update: Originally the experience was great. We were supposed to have the windshield replaced and it came in and we were never called. We waited over a month with a cracked windshield. Additionally, Rick said that as part of the deal we would be getting weather tech mats. As of 6 months later we still do not have those. More

I made a comment on how much I liked his business card holder (a super cool Shelby GT 350 hood) and asked if he had anymore laying around; the dude took his business cards out of it and gave it to me! That definitely added the cherry on-top of his already superior service. The transaction and entire experience went as smoothly and easily as it possibly could have gone. My husband is stoked about his new car, and can't wait to enjoy it! Thanks so much to Gene, Gavin, and the rest of Winner for a great experience! More
