Best Dealership EVER!!!! I was facing a major repair cost with my 2015 VW Passat, $1,200.00. I contacted my neighborhood VW Dealership in Hayward as it was closer and they ass I was facing a major repair cost with my 2015 VW Passat, $1,200.00. I contacted my neighborhood VW Dealership in Hayward as it was closer and they assured me they could fix it but the repairs would start around $1,200 and could possibly go higher. I contacted Winn Volkswagen in Newark and was told the repair would fall under a "vehicle recall". I then called my neighborhood dealership again and sited what I was told by Winn. The service person there assured me that it wouldnot fall under a "vehicle recall" and again I would be charged $1,200, possible more for the throttle replacement work. Because the check engine light was on, I was being cautious about driving the car to Winn which was farther. However, after again talking with the Winn representative and being assured that the problem did qualify as a recall, I drove there and left the car for them to begin repair at 7am the following day. The repairs were completed and it didnot cost me one dime. Winn saved me $1,200.00. So not only are they the most honest dealership in town but they do GREAT work. I highly recommend them for their Customer Service, Professionalism and Honesty!!! More
