Amazing Experience! Over the weekend I leased my first Volkswagen! I had always leased my cars through Mazda and I intended to lease with them again until I went to Winn Over the weekend I leased my first Volkswagen! From the moment my husband and I walked in I was greeted by salesman, Nyguyen Le and owner John Winn. They were extremely nice and welcoming, unlike my previous experience with Mazda. I test drove a Volkswagen SEL. The salesman, Nguyen, was extremely knowledgeable about all the car’s features and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to buy and that’s something I appreciated. The Volkswagen SEL drove smoothly and it’s interior was everything I was looking for. The entire leasing experience was great from beginning to end. I recommend to all my friends to go to Winn Volkswagen if they are looking for a new car and exceptional customer service! More

Very poor customer service policies Repeatedly unable to replicate my problem/fix the issue. While the car is at the dealership, they do not provide loaners. No rentals. No pickups (while car is with them). When I asked how I would get to the dealership without a car, I was told to Uber! They did make a "special exception" and picked me up though. This is not my first car.. but definitely one of the worst experiences with a car dealership. More
