This dealership seems to be the last resort for breakdowns along I-90. They were able to help me get my truck back on the road after 3 days even though they were busy with appointments and don't ha breakdowns along I-90. It took OVER an hour for an oil change AND it was almost $100!!! I almost threw my back out when I got in my truck, when I FINALLY got to leave, because they moved my seat all the way to the floor & it was $100!!! I almost threw my back out when I got in my truck, when I FINALLY got to leave, because they moved my seat all the way to the floor & it was as far back as it would go?!? WHY are they moving my seat, did they take it for a joy ride?!? That would at least explain why it took so long. It was NOT a pleasant experience, I won’t be going back. More
