I was promised free oil changes When I bought my car and was told I would receive free oil changes I was skeptic but I called set an appointment and was given the next available app When I bought my car and was told I would receive free oil changes I was skeptic but I called set an appointment and was given the next available appointment at my convenience. I took my car in and less then an hour later I was given a call that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I was handed my keys and a check list of everything they had checked besides just changing my oil and no charge like they had said. Amazing service love Windy City and everyone who works there. More

RIPPED OFF!!!! I brought my pickup in because it was missing really bad... I already had spatk plugs & air filter I bought earlier. The mechanic didn't know what to I brought my pickup in because it was missing really bad... I already had spatk plugs & air filter I bought earlier. The mechanic didn't know what to do... first he was going to do compression test... he couldn't figure out the problem. I had to tell himm to start with changing out the pkugs. He changed only the 4 on passenger side & a burnt out coil wire. That I bought myself to save $15 mark up. He ended up breaking a hose behind last plug... causing truck to not hold an idle. So, he returned it to me in worse condition... telling me, " I don't know what the F.. is wrong wit this truck."... this lack of knowledge costed me $278. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I will loose a day of work before ever going there again!! The WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! More

Horrible And Dishonest Service Against my better judgement my husband scheduled work to be done at this dealer. He knew one of the service techs and trusted him to do this simple wo Against my better judgement my husband scheduled work to be done at this dealer. He knew one of the service techs and trusted him to do this simple work. Once there more problems were discovered and we decided to just keep it there since they had already diagnosed the problems. My daughter drove the vehicle home after dark from my husbands work (which is located right next to the dealer) where my car was dropped off by the technician (this was a Thursday night) I got in my car Saturday and instantly noticed all the grease marks on the dash board and then I noticed a piece of trim was broke not even an inch away from the grease marks. When it was brought to their attention that this had happened they did not take responsibility for it and replace it. I know it was never broke before it went in, and they say it didn't happen there. We paid over $1300 dollars and trusted them with my car and now I have a broken piece of trim on my dash. More
