Sent me out the door with an estimate that did not list a price for the simple repair that was needed, which under State law requires that they not charge more than $100. When I came back, the bill was for o price for the simple repair that was needed, which under State law requires that they not charge more than $100. When I came back, the bill was for over $200. This is for a simple software change that must have taken them about 5 minutes to perform. They have refused to work with me on this. They are part of a large conglomerate of dealers in this area, all of whom seem rather sketchy. More

I came in to this place asking for a spare key and a key fob that would communicate with my vehicle. (My vehicle had come with a key fob but it wouldn't communicate with it.) Zach, Barnie, and McKenzie help fob that would communicate with my vehicle. (My vehicle had come with a key fob but it wouldn't communicate with it.) Zach, Barnie, and McKenzie helped me out and my problems, which I'd been holding off on solving since I bought my vehicle, were finally solved! :-) Very happy with my experience and would happily come back if I had more questions! :-) It was a little bit more expensive than I'd hoped but all for the better! :-) More

Efficient, helpful and courtious I have had this pickup for 16 months. I bought a service package with the pickup. Windy Chev does all the routine maintenance. They have always been prompt and efficient with the appointments. The staff is courteous and friendly. Likewise the staff has been very helpful when I had questions regarding some feature of the pickup I did not understand. I have only had two minor warranty issues, which were handled easily.
