Buyer Beware My review is this. AVOID THIS PLACE! They do not honor what they say and will tell you whatever it takes to sell the vehicle. There employee told us o My review is this. There employee told us our payment is 750.00 to help with downpayment then it would drop to 364.00 or we would never agreed to purchase. Windy's sold us a truck they put lift kit on. When we had tire light issue we took it in. Their mechanics exact words were I am so sorry that was so dangerous but I will fix it. They lied to warranty company saying it is not lifted too. On star doesn't work because the truck is from Canada. Sum it all up We now have a truck we cant afford are stuck at 750.00 for a ridiculous time frame, paying for warranty that is no good since Windy lied to warranty company so they would pay for wheel barring issue. On star does not work if we would have wrecked because of tires. Our trade in is on their lot and we can't get a cheaper vehicle. Their customer service is terrible. INTEGRITY is a word Wendy's should look up and strive to have. More
RIPPED OFF!!!! I brought my pickup in because it was missing really bad... I already had spatk plugs & air filter I bought earlier. The mechanic didn't know what to do... first he was going to do compression test... he couldn't figure out the problem. I had to tell himm to start with changing out the pkugs. He changed only the 4 on passenger side & a burnt out coil wire. That I bought myself to save $15 mark up. He ended up breaking a hose behind last plug... causing truck to not hold an idle. So, he returned it to me in worse condition... telling me, " I don't know what the F.. is wrong wit this truck."... this lack of knowledge costed me $278. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I will loose a day of work before ever going there again!! The WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! More

Horrible And Dishonest Service Against my better judgement my husband scheduled work to be done at this dealer. He knew one of the service techs and trusted him to do this simple work. Once there more problems were discovered and we decided to just keep it there since they had already diagnosed the problems. My daughter drove the vehicle home after dark from my husbands work (which is located right next to the dealer) where my car was dropped off by the technician (this was a Thursday night) I got in my car Saturday and instantly noticed all the grease marks on the dash board and then I noticed a piece of trim was broke not even an inch away from the grease marks. When it was brought to their attention that this had happened they did not take responsibility for it and replace it. I know it was never broke before it went in, and they say it didn't happen there. We paid over $1300 dollars and trusted them with my car and now I have a broken piece of trim on my dash. More

I was treated respectfully on a recent trade, of a late model Honda Civic, & bought a slightly older Chevrolet Trailblazer 4x4. Jake Carpenter was great to do business with, & made every effort to provide a positive buying experience. Family owner Andy Dicken, & general manager Mike Suter, were most definately wonderful to work with, in every aspect of my trade, as well as vehicle purchase. I have personally found both their service and parts departments great too ! Very friendly, courteous, professional people ! I personally regard these individuals as my friends. Real friends. The first time I went to Ellensburg Chevrolet was for service in 2009 on a new Silverado that I had purchased in Arizona. There I met Andy Dicken. I was treated so well that I was shocked. I am a life lo service in 2009 on a new Silverado that I had purchased in Arizona. There I met Andy Dicken. I was treated so well that I was shocked. I am a life long GM customer and it had been a long time since I had been treated so well in the service department. I lived in Ellensburg for the next 11 months before work moved me onto Alaska. They gave me such great service on my truck and on my 2008 Cobalt that words cannot justify how well they did. While I was in Alaska, the Chevy dealer said my truck needed service that was not covered under the GM warrenty and I was unsure of it, so I called Ellensburg Chevy to get their opinion. They told me that the service that was recommended in Alaska was not an advisable service with the Duramax diesel engine. I was so glad that I could trust them and went with their information and didn't have the service done. So over a year later I was back in Ellensburg with my "new" 2009 Silverado but it already had 85,000 miles on it and I was starting to look for another new truck. I am very picky when it comes to my trucks and they did not have what I wanted on the lot. They looked and looked and finally found the Silverado 3500 long box pickup that I wanted, but it was hundreds of miles away in Montana. The dealer there did not want to trade that truck, because the single rear wheel in a long box is very hard to come by. Mike was persistant with calling the other dealership and knew the clock was ticking because GM's 0% financing was ending soon and they had to get that truck before it ended. Mike finally got the Montana dealer to agree and I got the exact truck that I wanted. Andy and Mike went above and beyond for me. Ellensburg Chevy is truely the best dealer I have ever dealt with.
