Professional and Determined. Josh said he was going to work harder than anyone to get what I needed and he did. Along with his VP I was able to get a vehicle that had everything Josh said he was going to work harder than anyone to get what I needed and he did. Along with his VP I was able to get a vehicle that had everything I had asked for, from AWD to staying in a comfortable payment they sure pulled through for me. Usually it can be a stressful process but Josh was able to keep the entire process stress free. I appreciate that he listened to what I needed, what I can afford and what I was capable of putting down without creating a financial overload on my part. But mainly coming up with a plan in helping me improve my credit was a plus. This is probably the first time I've ever had someone thinking outside of the box and being upfront in what I can do as a customer to get the dream car later in the future. I really appreciate that. Not sure who Lilly Lands is, but if she was the service manager, she was fine and very helpfull. I was probly there about an hour and a half and they did a fine job dialing in my new keyfob and cutting a n manager, she was fine and very helpfull.
