Sent me out the door with an estimate that did not list a price for the simple repair that was needed, which under State law requires that they not charge more than $100. This is for a simple software change that must have taken them about 5 minutes to perform. They have refused to work with me on this. They are part of a large conglomerate of dealers in this area, all of whom seem rather sketchy. More
I came to look at a suburban duramax diesel based on a price published on the Chevy website and the dealer website. Drove 35-40 min with my family to look at the vehicle. Test drove it with Aaron. We remain interested in a diesel suburban, but the price on the website did not match reality. They wanted a $7k marketplace adjustment. Classic bait and switch. Deceptive advertising. According to Chevy, the $64k price included all dealer fees but excluded the taxes and registration. Not true. The website for Windy lists this under “detailed pricing.” When a $7k adjustment was added I had to hold back a laugh. Aaron was polite enough, but hitting us with a $7k markup when their advertising says different is at best a misleading tactic to get customer in the door and, at worse, a violation of FTC refs related to false or deceptive advertising. At least most dealers have the sense to put the adjustments upfront or not list a price they will not honor. Unfortunately, this was a waste of my time and that of my family. I would avoid this dealership. Not worth the trip from out of town for sure. More

I came in to this place asking for a spare key and a key fob that would communicate with my vehicle. (My vehicle had come with a key fob but it wouldn't communicate with it.) Zach, Barnie, and McKenzie helped me out and my problems, which I'd been holding off on solving since I bought my vehicle, were finally solved! :-) Very happy with my experience and would happily come back if I had more questions! :-) It was a little bit more expensive than I'd hoped but all for the better! :-) More
