I was excited and looking forward to working with Windy Chevrolet on buying a 2024 chevy trax especially after I saw their post on Craig’s list for stock number 008329NC with a sales price listed a little Chevrolet on buying a 2024 chevy trax especially after I saw their post on Craig’s list for stock number 008329NC with a sales price listed a little under msrp. The listing also had the stock number listed as well. I called and talked to a very nice and helpful salesman (Josh) to verify 2 things first if the suv was still available and second if they would honor the price it was listed for since it was under msrp. Josh said he had to check with his sales manager to make sure they would honor the price and when he called me back his exact words where it’s your lucky day management said yes they will honor the price for today only (10-6-23) because they said it was priced incorrectly. I told them no problem I was ready to buy the car today and they had me send them all my information. After we determined I was going to be keeping my old car and not trading it in because they didn’t want to give me what I wanted for it which wasn’t a problem. I was just gonna sell it on my own. I then gave them permission to run my credit so we could wrap up the deal and I could come pick up the new car and then I get a call from the sales manager thinking he’s calling to discuss terms and payment options but in reality he was calling to say they would no longer honor the price that they said they would that was also on the deal sheet that they sent me. I was under the impression this was a done deal i was super excited to be buying a new car at a good price but now I’m not because the owner will not honor the deal. If they just would’ve said no, from the very beginning, this could have all been avoided but they didn’t they said they where going to honor it but the way they backed out at the very end was very unprofessional like. The only good thing that came from the situation is they supposedly didn’t run my credit. I have attached a deal sheet and some screenshots of the text to prove my points. I was so looking forward to working with windy Chevrolet but now I can’t but feel like I got screwed. More

Sales department was excellent to work with. Connor was most knowledgeable salesperson I have every met, honest about vehicle and willing to check to find correct answers. He was patient and never pushy as most salespersons. Sales manager was very helpful and made the purchase simple and quick. Took my van in for a new key fob and to have the catalytic converter replaced. After about 6 months of bringing it back in again and again the catalytic converter was still not function properly. The last time I picked my van up the motor mounts were not tightened down and multiple vacuum lines and hoses were not connected at all. The engine cover was also not properly I stalled and just sitting ilon top of the engine. I am honestly surprised it even made it home. Van has not ran correctly since but I will not have a company work on my car that does not respect my vehicle and sends it out in an unsafe condition. 10 put of 10 would not recommend . More
