I had went to the dealership on two separate occasions and talked with Travis (Salesman) and Ryan (Manager) on the phone multiple times. I have no doubt, I was a tough customer as I was expecting the best deal in the world to make sure I received a great car within my means. I also used to sell cars years ago and used that to make the car deal even harder. Travis and Ryan collaboratively worked together over multiple days to make sure I was in a vehicle that worked well to accomplish my goals. They remained dedicated to my car deal. I appreciate the length of effort they both went to in order to make this deal happen. I guarantee I will be looking at Zeck first before any other dealership the next time I need a vehicle. The way a dealer should be! I really do not like going to dealers and look at cars, but this group took the burden out of car shopping. I did the test drive on Saturday, so couldnt do the deal until the following week, the day of signing Taylor had left for vacation, bit continued to answer his phone to take care of anything we needed while the sales manager handled the final sale.
