Overall dedication to guarantee a happy customer. Initially, I was concerned about going to a smaller dealership I was not familiar with, but I chose well. I had went to the dealership on two separate occasions and talked with Travis (Salesman) and Ryan (Manager) on the phone multiple times. I have no doubt, I was a tough customer as I was expecting the best deal in the world to make sure I received a great car within my means. I also used to sell cars years ago and used that to make the car deal even harder. Travis and Ryan collaboratively worked together over multiple days to make sure I was in a vehicle that worked well to accomplish my goals. They remained dedicated to my car deal. I appreciate the length of effort they both went to in order to make this deal happen. I guarantee I will be looking at Zeck first before any other dealership the next time I need a vehicle. I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking. They will go the extra mile and then some. More
