They had the car I wanted and it was shipped from their sister dealership This dealership will change your opinion about car dealerships and salesmen. They had the car I wanted and it was shipped from their sister dealership (Zeck Ford) in Leavenworth, Kansas. I was worried about the whole process, because let's face it, you know how things fall through the cracks these days due to poor communication and lack of interest in doing a good job. Not so here. Everything was handled seamlessly with good communication throughout. This dealership is small, but they give personal service. The salesmen and staff are informal, which at first was concerning, but I soon observed that they knew what they were doing and there was enough professionalism to put me at ease. Taylor and the finance manager (sorry I forgot his name) were great. I would definitely do business here again and have no hesitation recommending this dealership to other people. More
