I've been having my car serviced at McKenna for 5 years. Lou and Pat are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm in and out fast, and treated like a VIP. Wouldn't take my car any where else! I took my car into Windward Ford for an electrical problem. I live in Kailua and didn't want to hassle with a rental car, so I kept going back (big mistake!). Over a period of 5 months they had my car problem. I live in Kailua and didn't want to hassle with a rental car, so I kept going back (big mistake!). Over a period of 5 months they had my car for 35 days total, never resolved the issue, and it ended up costing me $900. I took the car to Honolulu Ford and they fixed it (and a fuel pump issue that Windward told me was irrelevant to my problem) in under a week. Honolulu Ford told me that they get a lot of customers from Windward Ford. More
