Take a ride to the Windward side.. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was processed immediately. reoccurring electrical problem I continue to have to take my vehicle into the dealership to have them reset the "computer" because the check engine light comes on and my vehicle wil I continue to have to take my vehicle into the dealership to have them reset the "computer" because the check engine light comes on and my vehicle will not start. This problem occurs after the car has been sitting for a week or more (when I go out of town). The dealership charged me a full diagnostic rate and all they ended up doing is resetting the computer to clear the codes. This doesn't seem right to me. More

Unfriendly, rude and inefficient I hate to leave a bad review but the treatment that I got was unexeptable. The service advisor was unfriendly, rude and abrupt. Immediately questioned whether my warranty would cover. I went to Honolulu Ford instead and got 5 star treatment! Not sure who the service advisor was but I came in at 10am on Monday the 30th of April. Whoever it was must have been having a bad day. More
Service Department - Thank you! I bought my 2016 Edge from Windward Ford and decided to stick with the team here to handle the service aspect throughout the ownership of my vehicle. I bought my 2016 Edge from Windward Ford and decided to stick with the team here to handle the service aspect throughout the ownership of my vehicle. So when I had an issue with the craftsmanship of the dash, I took it in for them to look at it. After two failed attempts, I brought up my concern and frustration with JR Serna. He immediately jumped on the issue and asked to give him and his service team a second chance. After his initial evaluation, he worked really hard with the manufacturer to ensure that the part was in pristine condition before installing - he even honored to replace a failed rear LED tail light assembly at last minute. I'm happy to report that JR met my expectation with the repair and I will continue to return to Windward Ford and trust they will provide to me excellent service to my vehicle. More

Now I have been arguing with the dealership for over one month, all I want is a replacement car for the new car that they wrecked. I hope they do what is right and replace the c-max that they wrecked with a replacement car. More
Over charged I took my 2012 Ford in which I (thankfully) bought the 5-yr extended warranty on. Windshield washer fluid wouldn't stay in container - - just poured o I took my 2012 Ford in which I (thankfully) bought the 5-yr extended warranty on. Windshield washer fluid wouldn't stay in container - - just poured out on ground when I put it in at the top. $90 later (warranty deductable is conveniently $100 ?!?!) they diagnosed the problem as the pump had somehow fallen out of the resevoir. All they had to do was push it back in....for $90. Granted I couldn't do that myself as I can't get under my car but at this same visit they did the 70,000 mile checkup for $160 so they were already under my car. Would give an awesome review if they had said "no charge, shouldn't have fallen out in the first place and was a snap to put back in". Instead I'm going back to Honolulu Ford. More

It was over a $100. more at Kailua Ford, But this visit was pleasant, vert courteous but way too expensive. More

Service department is worth the drive out to Kailua I live 5 minutes from Honolulu Ford and after suffering from an endless number of incredibly rude service reps, I decided to make the extra half hour I live 5 minutes from Honolulu Ford and after suffering from an endless number of incredibly rude service reps, I decided to make the extra half hour drive to Windward Ford and it was totally worth it. Pat and his staff are awesome. Friendly and welcoming. Didn't blame the customer and repaired my car in an extremely fast manner. There is no comparison to the level of customer service and if you are thinking about buying a Ford, I would make the extra hike to Kailua and buy it from them. Everyone from Pat to the receptionist were fantastic. You won't regret it. Thanks Pat for restoring my confidence in Ford! More
