Under staffed unable to keep scheduled commitments. not informing clients that there car was not worked on until 4 to 6 hours after drop off. Not just once but 3 times in a row for us. up charging cost on project that have been spec for parts and labor. They claim something was missed in the first inspection and the next tech found a problem with the job.Your techs must do the inspection right the first time, not a month later after the part comes in and the job is in progress. the list goes on. Improved Service I'm giving this past service appointment a 5 star rating. John provided great service, and restored our satisfaction in dealing with this dealership I'm giving this past service appointment a 5 star rating. John provided great service, and restored our satisfaction in dealing with this dealership under the new ownership. Together, my husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles at this location, with this last one under the new ownership/management. The service we've received prior to this past visit under the new ownership/management was WAY less than satisfactory, and we had decided this would be the last vehicle we buy and service from there. From making the appointments to dealing with the service staff, customer service had seriously deteriorated. The only reason we still visit this particular dealership is to service our vehicle that we bought it from this dealer and because it's currently under an extended service warranty. If the service we receive continues to be satisfactory, we just might continue to service our vehicle there and buy the next new vehicle there as well. More

Whoever was in charge of returning my call to m Initially I had a difficult time getting in touch with the service department to make an appointment. Whoever was in charge of returning my call to make an appointment did not return my calls. I called on two different days. I decided to walk in and request an appointment to take care of the safety recall, regular service for my care and a safety check. At first it didn't seem like I would be able to get all things done in one appointment but the agent made it happen. On the day of my appointment, the agent greeted me by my name. He then made sure I got a ride home. My car was complete before I anticipated. When the agent called he asked if I wanted a ride back to the dealership. I took up his offer. When I picked up my car, the agent went over with me what work they did and what more I was going to need soon. I was also very pleased to see that my car was washed. Yeah! More
