The Works 55K mile service. 9/24/18 Got charged $13+ for new drain plug. They said it was stripped. They’ve been the only ones to change the oil since I bought it new there. Oil change Only complaint was when I called to make the appointment I was told It would be about 1-2 hours. Not my best experience . I had some work done here recently on a work vehicle. It seemed rather expensive and then I found out they charge $175 a man-hour. When they had to order a part in the meantime they did not put my vehicle back together so I was driving around with it take it apart. As a result they lost some clips and snaps meaning I had to come back for another trip to have them replace missing door clips. I did not get a apology or even a car wash out of it . More

Awesome customer service! Although scheduled for only a regular service visit, the gentleman assisting me mentioned that there were 2 recall items that hadn't been addressed. Although scheduled for only a regular service visit, the gentleman assisting me mentioned that there were 2 recall items that hadn't been addressed. He suggested that I allow them to take care or both today. This was the first time anyone had mentioned the recall to me. When he offered to have it done immediately, I was blown away. Usually there is never time to add anything to a service appointment so I was really happy that it would be addressed at this visit. After the service, the gentleman explained all the service that had taken place and went over the recall items as well. Before leaving I wanted to thank the gentleman but he was busy. When I asked the cashier to thank him for me and commented that his service was exceptional, she informed me that he was the manager and was only filling in for the day. That explained it all. His dedications to customer service was evident by the way he treated me that morning. I don't remember his name but will always remember his style. Service was on Saturday Aug. 25th 9:30. More
