Failed Power steering Windward Ford is continually the only dealership that can make an appointment within a reasonable time. They were able to get my car in the shop in less than 24 hours. It’s no wonder that I drive over an hour to go to this dealership (passing several others along the way). They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who have taken care of us for some time. I cannot recommend them enough! More

Got the works my car wasn’t washed, took 5 hrs & tried to ch I love to bring my car here for service but this last time was horrible it took 5hrs for an oil change, they never washed my car they said the washer I love to bring my car here for service but this last time was horrible it took 5hrs for an oil change, they never washed my car they said the washer was doing shuttles between washes but you had my car for 5hrs. Also they attempted to charge me for something I didn’t not want or authorize in the end I didn’t pay for it but the fact I had to argue why I shouldn’t have to pay for something I didn’t want! That left me dumbfounded More

Did the work as expected Items were fixed as wanted. Only draw back was I wanted to be notified when the service was done, so I could have my ride drop me off. Car Malfunction They did a thorough electrical check on my car to make sure it was fine. They did my oil change because it would have been coming up in 800 miles. Kept me informed I brought a newly bought used Ford with a significant problem. Was pleased that the service person (John) did the research that showed the problem wa I brought a newly bought used Ford with a significant problem. Was pleased that the service person (John) did the research that showed the problem was covered by warranty and made room in the schedule to have it checked out, though that was not what I scheduled on-line. They took care of the problem over the next few days and kept me informed all along the way. My only frustration was when I came by to check on the car or when I picked it up, if John was not there, no one else at the Service desk was able to get any information for me. More
