What service? I went to get my oil changed. I was told that it would take three hours and made alternative plans. It was done in less than an hour. Although this wo I went to get my oil changed. Although this would imply that it was efficient service, I think it was because it was subpar service. Upon return of my car, I was told all fluids looked great and were at acceptable levels as documented on the receipt. I popped the hood and it revealed coolant below minimal level and empty wash fluid. Not only does this leave me suspicious of what services were actually performed but my time and money were taken advantage of. Very disappointing and untrusting. It wasn’t ‘just an accident’.
