Maintenance center issue I came to change oil and I was told to change a wiper. I was recommended to prepay to order in advance.Then they told me someone will run to buy and i I came to change oil and I was told to change a wiper. I was recommended to prepay to order in advance.Then they told me someone will run to buy and it will be only 15 min. In 1 our nothing hapenned. I spent there from 10.30 to 1pm. They removed the wiper and never put the new one. I explained many times that I have to leave at 1pm to pick up my child from school. Now I had to come the other day to get the wiper. I had an impression that they only care about amount of money, not customers. More
Not Great - Took Guy to get things rolling The male service attendant made me feel like due to being a female, I had no clue as to cars. When I informed him that my battery light was on and that my dashboard was going off and on as I was driving back to Windward Ford, he said okay. When I requested that he also check my alternator and wiring to ensure that there was no electrical short, he came off as rude and kept informing me that I would need to pay diagnostic fees for each. I further informed him that I picked up the car less than a month before and that a battery that was in working order would not have drained that fast if the alternator was working correctly. If Windward Ford want to get more customers and keep those who purchased a car from them, then their service guy (particularly the one who helped me) needs to have better customer service skills. It's takes being greeted and serviced with a smile a long way.... I'd like to thank Guy and Wayne for being there and saving my life. I was initially upset but after talking to them, I was happy that I did purchase my van from them. Thank you Guy and Wayne for great customer service!!!! More

I've been taking my 2016 Edge to Windward Ford for service since I purchased my vehicle and every single time I do, I receive nothing but the best service. During my last visit, I was immediately greeted by a service advisor and was told they would help me as soon as they're done with their current customer. When it was time for me, John reviewed the concerns of my vehicle, asked me to show him what was going on, and went over with me the process. Mr. Serna also checked in with me to ensure everything went smoothly and the cashier (sorry forgot her name), she was very accommodating and helpful in closing out my transaction. Keep up the excellent work! More

2+ hours for a new key + $8 bogus charge I scheduled an appointment to have a key made with a reservationist on the phone. Upon showing up, the service advisor said he would have to check *IF* they even had the key...shouldn't the reservationist have verified this before booking an appointment? The lodge is fine, and popcorn machine is a nice touch. My service advisor was friendly and helpful. But upon getting the bill for the new key, there was a charge for "supplies/hazardous materials". Now, all I had done this day was a new key made. The only "supply" was the key blank, which I was charged $200 for. So that would leave any reasonable person to conclude that they're trying to charge me for "hazardous waste" disposal...for a KEY. I questioned the charge and was told that it applied to every bill. What a PETTY thing, This is the type of bogus charge that give dealerships a bad rep, and only serve to reaffirm why I do not and will continue to NEVER bring my vehicle to a dealership for service and maintenance. You may have scammed me out of $8, but you'll never have me or my family as customers ever again, so I hope the $8 was worth the loss of business. And rest assured I'm sharing my experience with all of my family, friends and of course, this site and social media. Time to stop being so petty and cheating your customers. Potential customers beware. More

JR provided outstanding support and scheduled my appointment much sooner than I expected with a great degree of flexibility. I arrived early and John checked me in immediately. John provided excellent service and although he was busy he took the time to answer questions unrelated to this service appointment. Service was completed exactly within the time that was estimated. The cost for service was better than reasonable. While there are other Ford service centers that are much more convenient my business will only go to Windward Ford. Thank you everyone for an outstanding and excellent service experience. More
