Thorough Service I've had some bad experiences with Ford Services before, the last one I dealt with in CA effectively would make my car worse more often than not when I've had some bad experiences with Ford Services before, the last one I dealt with in CA effectively would make my car worse more often than not when I went to pick it up. Windward Ford put them to shame within the first few moments of me dropping off my vehicle. Not only did they go above and beyond to test to make sure there was no issue with my car, (Car was recently shipped, and a check engine light was on indicating a cylinder misfired) to further test to make sure there is nothing wrong, they put forth the effort to swap the coils so that if there is an issue, we'd be able to spot it. This is comforting because even though they feel nothing is wrong with the actual car, they are still willing to confirm it with this bit extra, and if the pop up shows again, we'd know what exactly is happening. Furthermore, I had my car inspected and looked over before I shipped it over, saying nothing was wrong, all the usual stuff. Windward however double checked it, and found flaws the other place was neglecting, some which may have been there for over a year without them updating me. This shows me that they care enough to ensure my vehicle is properly serviced, and not just fixed enough to get me out of the shop, or bleed me of my hard earned money. The only negative I could give, is perhaps the price is a tad high, but so far, it feels worth it for the efforts. I would definitely recommend. More

Since it was going to be a while and I wasn’t familiar with the area I asked where a good place to grad lunch was located. They gave me a few recommendations. The place I chose was great and before I could finish my lunch the car was ready. The lady who checked me out was also very friendly and I was on my way. I couldn’t have asked for the whole process to be any smoother. This trip to the dealership was a very good experience! More

Services Our issues were addressed in a timely matter. However I was very disappointed that there were no courtesy ride to Waimanalo due to construction. There is now minium construction done in Waimanalo & asked if there could be reconsideration due to my inability to walk far distance as a senior to catch the bus. Regardless of traffic or time of day, Honolulu Ford will do a pick up & return to Waimanalo. Honolulu Ford has gone as far to pick me up at 4 p.m. It is a disservice not to provide courtesy rides for Waimanalo residence while you service Kaneohe. Sometimes traveling further is better to get treated as a valued customer. I had expressed on social media that making your customer feel valued is just as important as where we go for service because I do have a choice. More

Over priced service My radiator fan went out, resulting in my car over heating and my radiator cap flying off. I was in a hurry to tow the car in and take care of the issues and forgot I had coupons from Windward Ford. These coupons would have saved me over $100, but John wouldn't allow me to use them after the fact and of course didn't put a note in my service record when I brought it up. I'm unable to drive due to an ankle injury, so my wife picked up the car. I have spent thousand of dollars at Windward Ford and think is BS. Guess I will have to find another service center that cares more about my returning business than jacking me out of $100 dollars. I would think, since I had to pay over $500 out of pocket I would at least get a car wash. More
