Job well done In April I bought a new and a used car here. I picked up the permanent registration and license plates a couple of days ago. I needed to obtain the keyless entry code for my used vehicle and the service department squeezed me in without an appointment. I was able to get that AND I referred a friend the night before who went that day and bought a brand new F-150. I'll always refer family and friends because the workers here are completely honest!!! More

The first time the car was repaired according to Ford's instructions, the problem was not fixed, so John once again contacted Ford for further instructions. He continually followed up with me during the entire process and made sure that I had a free rental car both times while my car was being repaired. It appears that the defect has been corrected...I hope. Many thanks to John for his assistance. More
