Whatever you do dont take your vehicle here for service. I initally took my truck here for service for the pre-collison/adaptive cruise control sensor. And an intermittent passenger door remote access senso I initally took my truck here for service for the pre-collison/adaptive cruise control sensor. And an intermittent passenger door remote access sensor. Pick up the the truck up paid "diagnositc fee" and was told they were going to order the door handle and that the adaptive crusie was fine. I drive 5 mins down the road, check the adaptive cruise contril and its still not working. Call the service dept and am told they can look at it again when they do the door handle. Get the same error message in Ford Pass app. Keep in mind i have a "Ford PremiumCare" warranty. A couple week goes by and i get a call to schedule an appt because the door handle came in. I make an appt for friday at 1230 and am told they could possibly need the truck over the weekend. Friday goes by no calls no update. Saturday goes by no calls no update. Im in town anyway so i swing by the dealership. Its about 1PM. The service department is already closed up almost an hour early. I go inside and speak to the general manager. Who tells me initally there was an emergency and they closed the department. Then cannot answer a sinlge question about the status of my truck. And refuses to give me my truck back. And keeps referring to the last next note from whoever at service that they could possibly need my. truck thriugh the weekend. Well the service department is closed on Sunday. So nothing is goingnto change with my truck between Saturday and Monday. But the general manager tells me my truck would be ready Monday. I come in today mirning at 8 AM. And thr servive writer says its not done yet... and thay he said its not done and that he toldnme they would need the truck through the week. WOW talk about xxxx communication. Then tells me they need more time to figure out what is wrong with the adapive cruise. And didnt het the door handle replaced. Needless to say im taking my business elsewhere. More
Extremely quick turnaround and so far, the repair appears to be done correctly. However, their charge for the $4,300 kit was $8,700.
