Terrible customer service, no communication from service staff, dropped off my truck for repair, was given price to do work and time to complete work ( 4hrs ), took them 3 days to complete work, called to f staff, dropped off my truck for repair, was given price to do work and time to complete work ( 4hrs ), took them 3 days to complete work, called to find out what was going on with my truck, no call back, kept calling the next day, finally got a call back, said it would take longer because it was a big job, picked up truck on third day, paid bill, three weeks later I get a call from service dept that I owe more money for parts and that made a mistake ( $1,200.00 ) more on top of what I already paid, talked to service manager and he did was laugh and said they cannot eat the cost, which I never asked them to, I just wanted to know what happened, I am Done with Windward Ford, The suck part is I have a new truck that I bought from before this happened....Now I have to go to own or pearl city to service my truck.
