I'll be taking my Ford to Windward Ford from now on, bought my Ford from Honolulu Ford and had all the service done there until i got problems with the transmission, they told me the didn't find anythin bought my Ford from Honolulu Ford and had all the service done there until i got problems with the transmission, they told me the didn't find anything and said it's how I drive ( the truck is automatic not a standard ) then Honolulu Ford turned me away and said take it somewhere else. I brought it to Windward Ford and they were helpful, they looked at the truck the next day and found the problem and called me and kept me informed. Windward Ford is A++ service in my opinion. More

My brake lites wouldn't turn off 07/13/23. I left my car to fix and my battery was drained and had to buy another one. I had a recall on my '97 F-150 for some reason and the stupid VPC wouldn't allow me to ship my truck home because of a risk of the truck bursting into flames sitting still. So, I called Honolulu and Cutte stupid VPC wouldn't allow me to ship my truck home because of a risk of the truck bursting into flames sitting still. So, I called Honolulu and Cutter Ford, both unable to take me in for a repair. I drove to Winward and they took me right then and there and told me they were required to fix my truck. They had me bring it around and it was completed by 1500 that very day. Excellent customer service and the lead service rep was very kind and understanding. They allowed me to get my truck on the boat home the very next day. Very grateful Winward, thank you! More

I've had some struggles in the past with this dealership's service department and can say things have changed. There is clearly new management and phones are answered, updates are communicated, employees are happy and helpful. They have a new phone system that works, next texting system that works, and a new only customer interface that works. On top of that courtesy shuttles and loaner vehicles are available when you wouldn't dare ask in the past. I'm happy to say I would recommend this dealer to family and friends. P.s. I even missed my service appointment because I forgot to bring my key with me and then still got me in the next day and took care of a few things I wasn't scheduled for. This place has really turned around their service. P.p.s. Shout out Bee and Will in service and Robert the new GM. More
