Repair person don’t return calls, called 4x. Only Will return calls “Will” service manager. I was out of my truck for 1.5 months. They don’t have any loner to use. When I bought the truck it say Only Will return calls “Will” service manager. I was out of my truck for 1.5 months. They don’t have any loner to use. Service department mis-identified cause of break in exhaust as having been cut in two. After insurance adjuster checked, the flexible exhaust pipe had rusted in two. Bumper-to-bumper warranty did not exhaust as having been cut in two. After insurance adjuster checked, the flexible exhaust pipe had rusted in two. Had an appointment for a Friday and on Monday was initially told my car wasn’t looked at yet.
