About a year ago your crew not only identifi been broken for over 2 years now due to a workmanship issue Honolulu Ford and it was never truly fixed. About a year ago your crew not only identified the problem but showed me that it was the other dealers negligence. The customer service was excellent, however, the cost to have my vehicle looked at and diagnosed by a certified Ford dealership was way too much. After reviewing what they charged and comparing the suggeste have my vehicle looked at and diagnosed by a certified Ford dealership was way too much. After reviewing what they charged and comparing the suggested repairs to what could be done at other car repair shops, the dealership would charge 42% more than other repair shops for parts and labor. I value my vehicle and want the best care, but they really are charging exorbitant prices for things that I could do myself as someone who knows nothing about cars. If you have cash to throw away I would suggest a dealership repair show, but if you want value and fair prices for your money find somewhere else. More
