This pains me to write but after this last time with this service center I don’t think we will return unfortunately. The piece they replaced did not stay in and this time nearly destroyed my sunroof cover. I service center I don’t think we will return unfortunately. The piece they replaced did not stay in and this time nearly destroyed my sunroof cover. I will now need to fix it on my own or find another place that can. I do appreciate that they did the right thing and replaced the part that was lost by the service center some time back and that they got the car back in a timely manner but it was as though they didn’t even try to get it to fit correctly and had they fully broken my sunroof I would not have been able to afford the repair. It makes me sad to write this because everyone is really nice there. More
Alaina Davis’ service was superior! !! She went above and beyond what the last service advisor that really pissed me off and almost made me want to not come back for servicing! Alaina wa !! Alaina was able to get me a set of 4 tires that the other advisor said I couldn’t get and was trying to sell me tires that I did not want! Also, Alaina took my vehicle in even though I had not made an appointment previously. I would definitely recommend people see Alaina for all of their serving needs!!! 🙌🏼💯🤙🏼 More

I am a long time customer of Windward Ford. The service department does not consider this when I scheduled an oil change, repair to a mirror, and safety check. The oil change was the only serv The service department does not consider this when I scheduled an oil change, repair to a mirror, and safety check. The oil change was the only service done, and more expensive than others Ive had in the past. The technician said that I needed to replace the entire mirror mounting,for about $1000 when it is clear that all I needed was the glass. I was able to get another garage to order me a replacement glass for $60. And because I was unable to get my mirror changed, no safely check was done. Overall, bad service, way over pricing, and technicians do not seem knowledgeable about what is needed for relatively simple repair....unfortunately, I doubt if I'll ever return to Windward Ford. More
Windward Ford service department has improved a lot with the new service manager and staff. My vehicle was taken in promptly at the appointment time. As an active duty service member, this was the worst dealer experience in my 30 year military career. Will not use again or recommend to others. Had to bring my vehicle back 2 times for the same issue w dealer experience in my 30 year military career. Will not use again or recommend to others. Had to bring my vehicle back 2 times for the same issue which still remains unresolved and when I received my vehicle back my display screen was messed up. Dealer refuses to fix even though they take a video of your car inside and out at time of drop off and the issue wasn't present. The technician left tools under my hood which I took pics of and showed the asst manager... but they take no responsibility for the issue.... save yourself the hassle and legal fees and find another dealer. More
I will not take any of the vehicles I have purchased from Windward Ford to the service department. This last servicing for my Ford Raptor has left me more than disappointed as I paid 800 plus dollars for a s Windward Ford to the service department. My windshield fluid was left empty, the grill has paint removed as if break fluid spilled and grease or oil hand prints left all over the driver side interior space. More
