Horrible service and bad communication skills. Wrong part was ordered. Parts were missing after service (fender clip and broken screw). Waiting on 5 months to get warrantied item to be fixed. I was suprized by a charge that was not told to me during the drop off of the vehicle. I need to go on online and find out why this service was needed. Really the first time ever that we had a poor experience. Something that should have taken 15 minutes (given a 1.5 hour estimate) took 3 hours.
